8 Boardman Place is a newly renovated two-story creative space in the South of Market neighborhood.

This unique building offers sunlit, contemporary space with a 25’ barrel-vaulted ceiling, steel trusses, a striking glass and steel staircase, abundant windows, skylights, and an exclusive storefront entry.
